The Affiliate Marketplace

The affiliate marketing industry sets itself up as "easy money" for only "two, or three," hours of work per day, and while this may be true for some, there are not very many who do "get rich" quickly.

Most of us have to put in some long hours, performing keyword searches on web sites likeGoogle AdWords, and the Google AdSense site, and  going overClickBank products, and then we have to research those keywords to come up with an AdWords strategy, and this makes our online money making "scheme", more of a business venture. 

There are, however, some good products that can take most of the guess work out of all of this, and then help us to channel and analyze our efforts, so that we are able to spend more time doing those things that we started out to do when we first became affiliate marketers. 

It is possible to earn a decent income from promoting products online, and you do not need to have a six figure income to be comfortable.  Yes, the mega "super affiliates" will always be there, and these people will always let you know that they have "made it." 

It all depends on what you consider your comfort zone to be, and that all depends on which perspective that you look at it from.  Are you looking for a place to start?  Are you in  the middle of it already?  Or are you on the level of "Rosalind Gardner" or are you so knowledgeable that even she seeks you out as her consultant? 

Perspective, in the box thinking, or out of the box practicing?  Someone once told me to "just get started," that to sit on the fence would give me splinters, or something or other, and they were right;  acting on your drive, and implementing changes from the mistakes, (and successes,) is the only way to make money online. 

And it is hard work, especially if you are just getting started.  But I would rather be started, than still thinking of getting started.  This is something that I am in the process of learning from Ewen Chia, one of the true teachers out there, one who isn't afraid to tell it like it is.

There is another mentor, some have labeled him as the "guru's guru," yet I see him as a mentor, and one who has taken it to a level of truely being a "master", and he is Rich Schefren. 

He has an honest approach to what he has to offer, compelling information that "feels" right.  There isn't room for greed, or missintention in his program, and I think it is largely due to the fact that honest weath is much easier to obtain, and this is what he brings to the table. 

In "The Attention Age Doctrine Volume Two" he outlines his vision for the affiliate marketer.  It is precise, it is honest, it is a way of seeing and doing, and quite frankly, it is a lesson for life, and all that goes along with it. 

This report is a MUST read for anyone who is interested, at all, in doing business, online, or offline.  I recomend to all of my friends and associates that they should read it, and I readily point them toward it.

We will be adding to this site as it continues to become more seasoned.  There are some things to do, some sites to explore, and some techie stuff that I have to figure out.  The links, and things, will look better later. 

Things do look somewhat scattered about, like two four year olds just fought WW III in my lap while I was trying to get something done.  Well, not quite WW III, but it was a tussle, and it lasted most of the day, hope to tidy up without too much "oops" taking place.

A thought

When I began to look into the idea of making money on the internet as an affiliate, one of the very first things that I  found to be an absolute truth, is that someone, invariably, is going to try to get you to spend your money on their product.  And as a "prospect" who is "fresh pickings", well, I guess I walked into that with my eyes wide open, which left my brain all scrunched up with little, or no, room for critical thinking. 

And critical thinking is exactly what the new comer needs to be utilizing, there is no place for impulse buying when it comes to finding the right system, that will work "FOR" you, instead of the "wrong" system that works against you.

Now, the ability to think quickly, and to use a proactive approach can mean quite a lot when it comes to being able to recognize, and respond to opportunity. 

The skills that the "supers" have acquired were not "discovered" as soon as they took to the internet, no, they probably sought out people who were already making money online, and some who were doing it off line, as well.

The idea of making an income, vs, the idea of earning an income, are quite definable.  There are some similarities that tend to confuse the "love-struck kid", who jumps at whatever sounds to be true, and who finds them self mired down with inadequate knowledge, and mediocre skill.  Their desire goes longing, and their pockets gather holes.

The beginning is like that, at times.  Knowing that there are real people, who make real money on the internet, and knowing that it is there for you, too.  So the search for mentorship begins, slowly, at first, almost wearily, and most definitely warily.  You only need to travel down the "get rich quick" trail once in order to recognize what "Eldorado" means.

So, it is quite refreshing when you are either,  handheld led, or you even just stumble, upon someone who truly has a desire to see you succeed, who even needs to be a mentor.  They are rare.  Be grateful.
